Project Management for Wiper Blade project according to MA PEP Guideline with focus on
- Coordinate work packages across Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and QM departments.
- Prepare, guide, and perform project milestones such as Quality Gates and Reviews.
- Present project status to review teams and management.
- Maintaining project documents and track project KPI
- Foster a collaborative environment and secure cooperation from different departments.
- Balance between result-driven focus and sustainable processes.
- Monitor project progress and manage project risks and issues.
- Align different approaches from different countries (China, Belgium, Germany, etc.).
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional development.
- G8: can take over Project A, B, C, D, E category tasks.
