186866 Senior Program Service Delivery Manager

Job Responsibility:
1.Responsible for the program performance management including product regulatory and testing requirements in EMEA / AME market.
2.Closely track changes in market product regulations and communicate relevant standards, requirements and policies to global team and customers
3.Perform gap analyses between service required vs. standard offer provided for new clients
4.Support request for proposals review focusing on program administrative requirements and suggest as appropriate best practices
5.Translate client instructions or requirements into operational language using process engineering or design for manufacturability methodologies
6.Facilitate continuous improvement through projects in conjunction with operations, IT and various process teams
7.Review program performance regularly with the client and key account manager (TET, On hold, service issue etc.)
8.Handle client complaints and facilitate resolutions real time 9.Lead program change management using program design best practices
Job Requirements：
1.Strong background in technical sciences for EMEA/AME market with hardline toy product category
2.Strong knowledge in applicable product safety standards and norms, testing procedures for hardline & toy
3.5-10 years of work experiences in product safety/conformity
4.Strong background in product safety, and consumer protection law
5.Good understanding in product development, supply chain management processes
6.Good communication skills (verbal, writing) in English and Mandarin.
