Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Assist to prepare reports and quota applications for government agencies, including the Ministry of Education. 2. Act as a liaison between the Institute and participating universities and communicate effectively with various government branches. 3. Responsible for the establishment, filing and archiving of the institute's historical archives. 4. Manage publicity-related matters while overseeing the resolution of emergencies and student grievances. 5. Organize events and forums at the institute’s level. 6. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications and Requirements: 1. A master’s degree or higher. 2. At least 8 years of extensive administrative or relevant work experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within the higher education sector, preferably in a graduate school setting. 3. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. 4. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with government, academia, and industry stakeholders, coupled with strong interpersonal skills. 5. Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrating strong initiative, resilience, and a proactive mindset. 6. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong familiarity with essential office software tools.
