Key Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Assist the supervisor to provide general support to all committees in the institute, including: committee establishment, committee meeting arrangements, memo releasement etc. Act as a liaison between the committees and faculty/staff effectively. 2. Assist the supervisor to provide Dean's and Executive Dean’s support, including: schedule and travel arrangements, signatures, reimbursement; organization and follow-up of important meetings; preparation of relevant materials and documents; 3. Assist the supervisor to provide faculty members caring and support, including: visa application, housing, air tickets, reception, daily necessities, bank card processing, residence permits, reimbursements, fee management and tracking, assistance of recruitment and training. 4. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors. Qualifications and Requirements: 1. A bachelor’s degree or higher. 2. At least 3 years of extensive administrative or relevant work experience. 3. Strong service-oriented spirit and good communication skills. 4. Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, demonstrating strong initiative, resilience, and a proactive mindset. 5. High proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong familiarity with essential office software tools.
