Job description 岗位职责: 1.Responsible for the execution and implementation of the daily administrative work of thedepartment. 负责部门日常行政相关工作的执行及落地; 2.Communicate with finance, office and other departments to complete the interface work related to the department. 沟通财务、办公室等各部门,完成与部门相关的对接工作; 3.Responsible for handling departmental matters and purchasing of gifts for external entertainment. 负责部门对事项的处理、外部招待所需礼品的采购; 4.Responsible for signing contracts and applying for expenses related to the operation of thedepartment. 负责部门运营涉及合同的签订、费用申请; 5.Other tasks assigned by the superiors. 其他上级安排的工作。
Job qualifications 任职要求: 1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent and above. 学士或同等学历及以上的学历; 2.Familiar with the use of office software such as office. 熟悉 office 等办公软件的运用: 3.Ability to write and process official documents; 具备公文写作与处理能力; 4.Delete all the instruction above. 能进行数据分析,并能提出有效的,可行性的方案; 5.CET4 Ability to speak simple business English and write English emails. 英语四级以上,具备简单商务英语口语及英文邮件写作的能力; 6.Ability to work in a confidential manner. 具备保密工作的能力; 7.Clerical processing and review; 文书拟写处理及复核。 8.Conference management capacity for meeting preparation, in-session servicing/post-organizational follow-up, etc. 会议筹备、会中服务/会议组织会后落实等会议管理能力; 9.Strong learning ability and attentive. 学习能力强、细心。
