Responsibilities: 岗位职责: 1. Actively lead smaller Marketing projects such as competitor benchmark, sales analytics and local packaging executions. 积极领导小型市场营销项目,如对标竞争对手、销售分析和本地包装执行。
2. Assist to formulate and drive the implementation of global product marketing strategies. 协助制定并推动实施全球产品营销战略。
3. Contribute to the development of marketing communications materials brief and providing global event support. 协助编制营销宣传材料简报,并提供全球营销活动支持。
4. Closely collaborate with other stakeholders to roll-out of global projects. 与其他利益相关者密切合作,推动全球项目。
5. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation. 提供行政支持,确保高效运作。
Requirements 岗位要求: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing / Business Administration or related disciplines 市场营销/工商管理或相关专业本科或以上学历
2. 3 years of product marketing experience, preferably in the FMCG industry with consumer electronics or domestic appliances exposure 3 年产品营销经验,优先考虑有快速消费品行业或消费类电子产品或家用电器相关经验的候选人
3. Track record in new product launch campaign 在新产品发布活动方面拥有良好的业绩记录
4. Comfortable with data & quantitative analysis on business & research data 善于利用数据,能定量分析业务与研究数据
5. High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint 精通 Microsoft Outlook、Word、Excel 和 PowerPoint
6. Self-motivated, meticulous and good analytical thinking 自我激励、细致入微并善于分析和思考
7. Proactive, independent and detail-oriented 积极主动、独立并注重细节
8. Good communication and interpersonal skills 良好的沟通和人际交往能力
9. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese 流利的中英文口语和书写能力
