CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Lead a cross functional team to deliver dedicated services to customer 2. Manage customer visits, cultivate and strengthen relationships with them 3. Collaborate with various departments to proactively address risks that may impact on-time delivery, project schedule, quality performance, financial targets and customer satisfaction. 4. Monitor profit and loss metrics and implement improvements as needed 5. Attend weekly department meetings 6. Other jobs from BU GM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. Bachelor's degree 2. Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role in an EMS company 3. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 4. Fluent in written and verbal English or Vietnamese. 5. Available to travel on demand
