Support new site / new line / new project transfer 4. Technical support to BD for new project RFQ / proposal development 5. Establish internal standards / protocol / knowledge database 6. Technology search / introduction / development 7. Technical problem solving Job Requirements: 1. Degree in Mechanical / Automation / Chemistry 2. 10+ years of experience 3. Knowledge of Liquids Material characteristics 4. Knowledge of Tank materials (Stainless / fibber) + Tank loading + agitation systems. 5. Has been exposed to MES – focused on batching. 6. Able to build mass balances, considering specific project needs (based on takt time, bottle fill volume & line UPH) 7. RO water production knowledge. 8. Strong in Process control & Equipment Debugging / Set-up 9. Knowledge of Mechanical & Software control 10. Engineering / Automation background 11. Capable to handle NPI project POC development 12. Process Qualification & de-risking (Flowchart; pFMEA; QCP, FAT, SAT, etc.) 13. Expert in High-speed Liquid filling manufacturing process 14. Expert in High-speed Powder filling manufacturing process (Optional) 15. Expert in High-speed Gel Filling manufacturing process 16. Expert in Gas filling manufacturing process (Optional) – Don’t see a need for this requirement 17. Good in English communication 18. Good attitude 19. Able to work independently 20.
