1. Responsible for the full lifecycle management of R&D projects, including project initiation, requirement analysis, resource coordination, progress tracking, risk control, and delivery.
负责研发项目全生命周期管理，包括立项、需求分析、资源协调、进度跟踪、风险管控及项目交付。

2. Develop R&D project plans (e.g., WBS, Gantt charts) to align technical goals, cost, quality, and timelines; manage product, certification, and development costs.
制定研发项目计划（如WBS、甘特图），确保技术目标、成本、质量与时间节点达成，管理产品认证及开发成本。

3. Regularly report project progress, optimize processes, monitor risks, identify issues, and implement contingency plans to ensure timely resolution.
定期汇报项目进展，优化项目管理流程，监控风险并制定应急预案，确保问题及时闭环。

4. Participate in defining R&D design standards and technical reviews; resolve technical challenges and drive implementation of solutions.
参与研发设计标准定义及技术评审，协助解决技术难点，推动技术方案落地。

5. Collaborate cross-functionally (R&D, Product, Testing, Marketing) to implement technical solutions and commercialize products.
跨部门协作（研发、产品、测试、市场等），推动技术方案落地与产品商业化。

6. Manage technical interfaces for atomization core projects (e.g., structural/hardware design and progress), coordinate with core design teams.
管理雾化芯相关技术接口（如结构及硬件设计信息与项目进度），汇总并协调组织内雾化芯设计团队。

7. Maintain key project documentation (requirements, testing, ISO standards, DFMEA); define and track processes (e.g., sample preparation, engineering changes).
管理研发项目关键文档（需求文档、测试文档、ISO标准、DFMEA等），定义及跟踪流程（如样品制备、工程变更）。

8. Collaborate with the R&D Director to prepare detailed reports for senior management and stakeholders.
协同研发总监为高层及相关部门准备项目报告。

9. Manage R&D sample inventory (atomization cores, structural components), optimize resources, and monitor prototyping progress.
定期盘点研发样品库存（雾化芯、结构件等），优化资源并监控打样进度。

10. Support external clients and internal departments to ensure project success.
为外部客户及内部需求提供支持，确保研发项目顺利推进。

Job Requirements任职要求:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering Management, or related fields.
学历：本科及以上，计算机科学、电子信息、工程管理等相关专业。

2.Experience: 5+ years in project management (B2B/B2C preferred), R&D, or consumer electronics experience is a plus.
经验：5年以上项目管理经验（ToB/ToC行业优先），有研发经验及消费电子背景更佳。

3. Skills: Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project); familiar with product development cycles; fluent English; international experience preferred.
技能：精通项目管理工具，熟悉产品开发流程，英文良好，具国际项目经验者优先。

4. Certifications: PMP, CSM, and PgMP certifications are advantageous.
认证：持有PMP、CSM、PgMP等优先。

5. Competencies: Strong analytical skills, technical aptitude, resilience, and ability to manage multitasking with cost/quality/time trade-offs.
