1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate (both Cloud Flow and Desktop), and Power BI.
3. Demonstrated experience in solution design, development, and implementation.
4. Proficient in source code version control, synchronization, and deployment.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Preferred:
1. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-200, PL-400, or PL-600).
2. Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure, Dynamics 365, or SharePoint.
3. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
