Key Responsibilities: General Accounting & Reporting: 61 Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process in compliance with corporate deadlines and standards. 61 Ensure the accuracy of general ledger activities, AP/AR, fixed assets, and inventory accounting. 61 Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with both PRC GAAP and US GAAP. 61 Submit financial reports and consolidation packages to the Group and corporate finance teams. Cost & Manufacturing Accounting: 61 Supervise cost accounting procedures, including standard cost setting, variance analysis, BOM validation, and margin analysis. 61 Partner with operations teams on inventory control and production cost optimization. 61 Analyze and interpret key manufacturing KPIs from a financial perspective. Audit & Compliance: 61 Ensure compliance with Amphenol Group accounting policies and internal control standards (SOX, if applicable). 61 Coordinate statutory and group audit processes, tax audits, and financial assessments. 61 Maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders such as tax authorities, auditors, and banks. Internal Controls & Process Improvement: 61 Establish and enhance internal controls over financial transactions and reporting. 61 Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements in financial systems. 61 Support ERP implementation or enhancement initiatives (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Kingdee, or UFIDA). Team Leadership: 61 Manage and develop a small accounting team responsible for financial operations in the site/business unit. 61 Provide coaching, training, and performance evaluation. 61 Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and proactive problem-solving within the finance function. Budgeting & Forecasting: 61 Assist in the annual budget and rolling forecast preparation in coordination with the FP&A function. 61 Track actuals versus budget and identify key variances for management discussion.
Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline. 61 Certified Public Accountant (CPA – China) preferred; familiarity with US GAAP is essential. 61 Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing business, including at least 2 years’ financial management experience in foreign enterprises. 61 Strong knowledge of PRC GAAP, US GAAP, and PRC tax regulations. 61 Good experience supervising cost accounting, standard cost setting, variance analysis, etc. in manufacturing business. 61 High proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). 61 Hands-on, detail-driven, and analytical. 61 English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking) to effectively communicate with regional and global offices. 61 Stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage cross-functionally.
