Job Descriptions: 1.This role is working as Industry Marketing & Communication Specialist for Business Stream Products in Greater China, reporting to Marketing & Communication Manager of Business Stream Products Greater China. In this role, you will work closely with the BS Products Global Marketing and Communications team to develop, execute and measure marcomm strategies that inform, inspire, and engage our external stakeholders and internal employees. 本职位为产品服务事业群大中华区行业市场传播专员,汇报对象为产品服务事业群大中华区市场传播经理。本职位将服务于产品服务事业群全球市场与传播部门,为该事业群制定、执行和衡量市场营销策略提供支持,并面向事业群的外部客户和内部员工进行营销和传播工作。 2.Marketing Communications: - Support the development and execution of BS Prodcuts marketing communication strategies in Greater China region, aligned with the overall regional business and global marketing objectives. This can include industry conferences, customer events, brand-building campaigns, thought leadership programs, and enhancing visibility of our continued growth in the region. - Create engaging and localized content for various channels, including social media, websites, and videos. Adapt global content to fit the local market and cultural nuances. This includes digital content, presentations, case studies, whitepapers and other collateral to support brand awareness, commercial demand, etc. - Execute digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, website optimization, and SEO/SEM strategies. - Develop and maintain industrial channels & resources, including media & associations, etc. Dig into industrial information & conduct marketing research reports for different niche markets. - Work closely with multiple business departments and supporting departments to accomplish goals. - Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new Marcomm opportunities and ensure a competitive edge. 营销传播: -支持产品服务事业群大中华区整合营销传播策略,基于大中华区产品服务事业群业务目标与全球营销战略,协助市场传播策略和活动的落地执行,包括行业峰会、客户活动、品牌升级项目及行业权威发声计划等,为本区域持续发展的业务增长提供市场声量支持。 - 本地化的运营执行:多平台中文创意内容生产,包括社交媒体、公司官网、视频、白皮书等内容。 - 支持全球策略下的数字营销执行:英文社交媒体、EDM,公司官网等。 - 行业生态建设:搭建并维护包括细分行业媒体、行业协会等核心行业资源。开展细分市场深度洞察,输出细分行业研究报告 - 跨部门协作:与多个业务部门高效协同合作,并与公司不同的企业支持部门共同合作推进项目落地。 - 实时追踪行业前沿动态与竞品公司动向,前瞻性挖掘营销传播创新机会点,构筑差异化竞争优势。 3.Internal Communications: -Develop and/or edit content in many forms and styles, with specific focus on presentations at special internal events and internal communications. -Support the translation process for marketing communications, where necessary. -Support other internal and corporate communications initiatives as needed. - Additional Tasks: Willingly undertake any other duties assigned by the Supervisor to support business operations. 内部沟通: - 支持不同形式的内部沟通内容生产,如PPT, 内部传播稿件等。 - 有需求时协助完成市场传播相关资料的本地化翻译工作。 - 有需求时协助完成其他内部沟通重点项目。 - 自愿承担上级布置的其他任务,以支持业务运营。 Job Requirements: 1.Master's / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, business school or related field 硕士/本科学历,专业为市场营销、传播学、新闻学或商科类等相关领域 2.3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, internal communications or business development roles. (Working experience in TIC industry, consumer electronics industry, medical industry, new energy industry, and consumer goods industries, is a plus.) 3-5年 B2B市场营销相关工作经验。(有检测认证、消费电子、医疗、新能源、消费品等行业背景优先) 3.Ability to interact with diverse groups of people, develop strong networks and build credibility within the organization to work with stakeholders on engaging content and drive results. 具有与多元团队交流协作的能力,能够在组织内建立有效沟通并获得信任,与相关合作者共同合作产出结果。 4.Strong creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for different target audiences. 出色的文案技巧,能够为不同目标受众定制有吸引力的内容。 5.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and web analytics. 熟练使用数字市场营销工具和平台,如社交媒体运营平台、EDM平台等。 6.
