Job Requirements:
● Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines.
● More than 5 years of working experience in business development and sales management.
● Have strong planning ability for business development in international markets.
● Applicants with an international vision and the ability to keenly grasp market trends and changes.
● Experience in the medical devices or professional dental industry is preferred.
● Ability to identify business opportunities and have partnership-building skills.
● Excellent command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage.
● Proficient in using computer office software, such as MS Word, Power-point and Excel.
● Proactive, strong execution and organizational skills, able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute business strategies to expand the company's presence in key international markets.
● Lead market research and develop strategies for product development to identify business growth opportunities for medical devices and professional dental products.
● Establish growth targets, follow up on business development and present to management monthly .
● Plan and participate in related medical devices and professional dental exhibitions.
● Establish and maintain relationships with international customers and partners.
● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans and products roll-out.
