Responsibilities 1. Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with Coats Digital's key accounts. Develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth. 2. Identify upsell, cross - sell, and expansion opportunities to meet or exceed annual sales targets. 3. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, promptly addressing their needs and issues. 4. Provide tailored solutions from Coats Digital's product portfolio like FRP and GSD based on customer pain points. 5. Collaborate with cross - functional and cross - regional teams to ensure the seamless execution of global strategies. 6. Stay updated on industry trends, share insights with product teams, and maintain accurate data in the CRM system for regular reporting.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in business, sales, etc. MBA is a plus. 2. 8 - 10 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in the SaaS or interprise software industry. Familiarity with the apparel manufacturing industry or supply chain solutions is highly preferred. 3. Proven sales track record, strong strategic thinking, communication, negotiation, and solution - selling skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office. 4. Self - motivated, results - oriented, able to work independently and collaborate effectively in a global team. Willing to travel internationally as required.
