Your Mission and Responsibilities Joining the Merchandising Department as Merchandiser, you will be responsible for supporting sourcing projects and processes, increasing operational efficiency. Communication . Work in liaison between suppliers, quality, supply chain & sales team to ensure an efficient workflow . Identify and resolve purchasing problems; follow up to ensure timely and accurate product delivery . Report project progress/abnormal status with backup solutions . Draft commercial documents, including email, message, report, digital APPs etc. Project Management . Periodically collect supplier's latest E-catalogue, new trends, offers and share with sales team . Manage NPD throughout the entire project life circle . Act as contact window of company, coordinate internal/external partnership . Manage and prioritize multiple projects Suppliers Management . Source reliable suppliers and product, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure the *** order process, good delivery, prices, and quality stability . Keep regular communications with suppliers to manage relationships and monitor supplier performance. Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost-effective purchasing . Visit supplier for status update and risk assessment . Collect and update material cost and market trends, and promotional activities to learn and understand the market /customer demands Customer Relationship . Reference new SKU by pushing new products / suppliers proposal. Collaborate with sales operation team to fulfill customers growing demand . Stabilize price, reduce cost according to the actual situation combined with cost analysis . Work in liaison between technical and quality team, provide documents, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements . Cooperate with sales and merchandising team to provide excellent service to customers. Take part in customer meetings and visits Your Profile Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, international trading, sourcing, or merchandising, preferably within a European or US-based company. Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and speaking. Skills: . Manufacturing Process Expertise: Solid understanding of production workflows, quality control, and supplier management. . Communication and cooperation: capable of building strong relationships with every stakeholder, internally and externally
