The Supply Chain Management Operations Supervisor will support Supply Chain Manager tooversee daily operations within the supply chain department, ensuring effective operation management for SCM clients.

This role involves coordinating with various teams to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities 主要职责
Supervise Daily Operations 监督日常运营
61 To support overseeing daily activities of the supply chain team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures according to clients’ SOP and KPI.
监督供应链操作团队的日常活动，确保遵守公司政策和客户的操作流程（SOP）及关键绩效指标（KPI）。
Vendor Management 供应商管理
61 To support system training programmes for local vendors and as key focal of problem solving.
支持本地供应商的系统培训计划，并作为问题解决的关键联系人。
61 Manage relationship with vendors to ensure quality of services.
管理与供应商的关系，确保服务质量。
Logistics Coordination 物流协调
61 To understand fully customers’ SOP in terms of PO Management and Carrier Management requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
完全理解客户的操作流程（SOP），包括采购订单管理和承运商管理要求，确保产品按时交付给客户。
61 To identify opportunities for process improvement internally and externally.
识别内部和外部的流程改进机会。
Team Leadership团队领导
61 To lead and mentor supply chain staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and performance.

61 To work closely with cross-functional team and to align with business strategies and objectives.

Data Analysis数据分析
61 To support Control Tower and our SCM team for analysing supply chain data and metrics and to facilitate decision-making.

Qualifications: 资格要求：
61 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
教育背景：供应链管理、工商管理或相关领域的学士学位。
61 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
5年以上供应链管理或运营经验，具备监督及执行经验者优先。
61 Good understanding of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
对供应链流程、物流和库存管理有深刻理解。
61 With experience in PO Management and SCM Platform.
具备采购订单管理和供应链管理平台的操作经验。
61 Enthusiastic in teamwork & strong mind-set of customer centricity & strong problem-solving skills.
