Job Responsibilities: 岗位职责: 1.Assist the General Manager in formulating sales strategies, specific sales plans, and sales forecasts. 1、协助总经理制定销售战略、具体销售计划和进行销售预测; 2.Fully responsible for the business expansion of the Hong Kong company, managing and supporting the work of subordinates. 2、全面负责香港公司的业务拓展,管理和协助下属的工作; 3.Responsible for selling various types of fabrics, developing new clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. 3、负责销售各类面料,拓展新客户,维护老客户; 4.Familiarize with and strictly implement the company’s management and marketing systems. 4、熟悉并严格执行公司制定的各项管理制度和营销制度; 5.Attend major industry exhibitions, collect relevant market information, understand fashion trends, conduct market promotion, and negotiate with new clients. 5、参加各大行业展会,收集各类有效信息,了解流行趋势,做好市场推广,洽谈新客户; 6.Develop and maintain fabric clients based on sales targets and plans. 6、根据销售目标和计划,定向开发面料客户并维护跟进; 7.Participate in industry trade shows and ordering meetings, stay updated on product analysis results, and provide sales recommendations based on inventory status and competitors’ sales trends, while promptly reporting on best-selling and slow-moving products. 7、参与行业展销订货会,及时了解产品分析结果,依据库存情况、竞争对手销售动向等提出销售意见,及时反馈畅销、滞销信息; 8.Responsible for the training, motivation, and performance evaluation of subordinates. 8、负责下属的培训、激励和考核工作; 9.Build and manage the company’s sales team, standardize sales processes, establish sales systems, and improve sales targets. 9、组建、管理公司销售团队、规范销售流程、制定销售制度、完善销售目标; 10.Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors. 10、上级临时交待的工作任务。 Job Requirements: 任职要求: 1.Major in Marketing, Textile Engineering, Business English, or related fields; bachelor’s degree or above preferred; fluent in English speaking, listening, and writing. 1、市场营销、纺织工程、商务英语等相关专业,本科以上学历优先,英文听说写流利; 2.Over 10 years of sales experience in the textile industry, with at least 8 years in the same industry and 5 years or more in business management or equivalent positions; familiarity with the U.S. fabric market is a plus. 2、10年以上纺织行业销售经验,8年以上同行业工作经历,5年及以上企业经营管理或同等职位的工作经验;熟悉美国面料市场者优先; 3.Strong business negotiation skills, clear thinking, and adaptability. 3、具有较强的商务谈判能力,思路清晰,灵活变通; 4.Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, ERP, etc. 4、熟练word/excel/ppt/erp等办公软件; 5.Excellent communication and coordination skills within the department, and a strong team spirit. 5、良好的部门沟通协调能力、团队合作精神; 6.Candidates with existing client resources will be given priority consideration. 6、有客户资源的优先考虑。
