Responsibilities: 1.Process and manage customer orders efficiently and accurately. 2.Communicate with factories and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders. 3.Handle customs and clearance procedures for import and export of goods. 4.Manage shipping and logistics for orders. 5.Liaise with internal teams and external parties to resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and customs. 6.Provide support for sales documents, including proposals, quotes, and contracts. 7.Assist with internal department issues, such as coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and managing schedules.
Requirements: 1.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Management, Statistics and so on. 2.At least 3 years of experience in overseas trading. 3.Proven experience in a similar role with excellent customer service skills. 4.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 5.Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 6.Excellent communication skills with fluency in English reading, writing, speaking, and listening. 7.Proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus. 8.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software. 9.Knowledge of customs and clearance procedures is preferred.
