1. Retail: - Responsible for store's daily operations, and sales target; increase the products sell through; promoted employee’s sales passion and performance. - Coordinate retail projects such as pop up/store opening, closing, renovation, relocation with cross function. - Drive store retail excellence via visual merchandising guideline deployment, execution transparency and improvement. - Corp with landlords build up a good relationship and help to business growth. 2. Training: working closely with field trainer, Plan and implement on trainings for sales staff on, selling skills, customer service standard, and products training. 3. CRM: Following the brand CRM program, assist and set up store CRM mechanism, training, deployment, and results follow up. 4. Team: - Set up effective structure to maintain a low turnover rate and reduce overtime hours. - Recruitment and selection applicable BA, maintain a positive BA team. - Coaching BA team to make sure they are qualified for the job content. 5. Operation: - Ensure operational policies and procedures are developed and effectively implemented. - Standardize the stock management, Uniform, Packaging, Equipment, Stationary, Facilities arrangement. - Control BA and operation cost in principle, manage invoice and payment days to make sure store ordering process in normal. - Carry our regular stock taking and share results with line manager. - Work closely with internal parties to ensure smooth operations. 6. Risk control: - Assist BA in handling consumer complaints in a timely manner. - Timely feedback and cooperation with local government agencies for inspection. Job Requirement: · 3-5 years’ related experience of retail operation in a multi-national company in retail industry · Strong analogical and quantitative skills. · Strong leadership skills with confident presentation skills. · Preferred background: fragrance, beauty, fashion, FMCG. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · High responsibility and Integrity.
