Responsibilities
1.Regular communication with external labs and customers for the test requirements and FCM regulations.
2.Collect the needed documents/samples within the team for the 3rd party lab external, follow up the test progress and take necessary actions if there is any deviation.
3.Offer professional technical support on customer complaints issue, involve in and take corrective actions in customer audit findings
4.Familiar with ISO 17025 laboratory system.
Requirements:
1.Familiar with FCM regulations like EU 1935/2004, LFGB, US FDA and chemical regulations, including RoHS, REACh SVHC, California Proposition 65 etc.
2.Experience in 3rd party laboratories like SGS/TUV/SGS/ITS/BV would be a plus.
3.Good project management skills.
4.Good communication skills.
