Responsibilites:
1. Develop electronic hardware for small household appliances includes schematic design, components selection, PCB layout, Function debugging, EMC and safety debug and implement.
开发小型家用电器的电子硬件，包括原理图设计、元件选择、PCB布局、功能调试、电磁兼容性（EMC）及安全调试与实施。
2. Collaborate with design and development teams to integrate hardware solutions into new and existing products.
与设计和开发团队合作，将硬件解决方案集成到新产品和现有产品中。
3. Test, troubleshoot, and optimize hardware performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
测试、排除故障并优化硬件性能，以确保可靠性和效率。
4. Document hardware design and development processes, including specifications, testing procedures, and user manuals.
记录硬件设计和开发过程，包括规格、测试程序和用户手册。
5. Work closely with software engineers to ensure seamless integration of firmware and hardware components.
与软件工程师紧密合作，确保固件与硬件组件的无缝集成。
6. Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

Required:
1. Good knowledge of electronic design theory.
具备扎实的电子设计理论知识。
2. Familiar with the new product development process, good at making solutions to meet the needs of new products.
熟悉新产品开发流程，擅长制定解决方案以满足新产品的需求。
3. Good ability/logic to assess problems and take the appropriate course of action.
具备良好的问题评估能力和逻辑，能够采取适当的行动方案。
4. Able to work independently for electronic development under high pressure
能够在高压环境下独立进行电子开发。
5. More than 5 years rich experience in small household appliances development.
拥有5年以上丰富的小型家电开发经验。
