Responsibilities:
1. Under the condition of training, participate or conduct the designated supplier audit / visit, submit the audit / visit report to supervisor, follow up the open topics from the previous audit/visit or assigned by supervisor.
2. Participate the supplier selection by providing the evidence and recommendation to support the decision making.
3. Work as Project Supplier Quality Supervisor and cooperate with team members for quality related activities.
4. Familiar with the most common manufacturing processes for metal, plastic and electronic components.
5. Capability to audit assembly lines processes.
6. Regularly review the inspection data from supplier and IQC, trigger the continuous improvement action plan.
7. Proactively contribute to suppliers periodical evaluation and new suppliers process audit.
8. Other tasks assigned by Supervisor and HOD.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree above, major in electronics is preferred. No limit on the major for the candidate with the big potential.
2. 3+ years quality experience in home appliance fields, working experience in foreign company is preferred.
3. Familiar with the communication and negotiation skills with external supplier quality management.
4. Be able to use English as working language in daily business, attend meetings, telephone calls etc., proficient in reading, writing and speaking
6. Familiar with factory quality certifications and capable to support suppliers in related audits
7. Good interpersonal communication skills, positive listening, data driving and result orientation under timeline.
8. Willing to take challenge, work in multi-tasks, capability to work under pressure.
