61 Order discrepancy closure
61 Goods receipt Challenge
61 Aging PO management & closure

2, Supplier management
61 Quarterly business review and regular supplier visits
61 Supplier contact information maintenance
61 Supplier performance monitor and relationship development

3, Payment related
61 Reconciliation support to suppliers if necessary
61 Advance payment/XPA request support
61 Invoice discrepancy settlement

4, Materials management
61 Expense Direct Materials daily pull arrangement, inventory optimization
61 Materials shortage resolution
61 MRB, RTV, RPO support
61 Shortage & Quality issue escalation management

5, Other value-added job
61 Purchasing/ERP system implementation support
61 Process standardization & automation
61 Internal compliance requirements & ISO management support
61 WW VI tooling centralization
61 Reporting and Dashboard development

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61 Bachelor degree
61 Good command of English
