Overview
As the Control Tower Manager, you will lead the centralized management of freight volumes from Asia to Latam, ensuring optimal allocation, strict contract compliance, and continuous performance analysis. Your role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency, controlling costs, and driving improvements across the process. You will act as the key liaison between regional teams, carriers, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth logistics execution while mitigating risks and resolving discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities
61 Oversee the end-to-end logistics flow from Asia to Latam, ensuring that volumes are managed effectively, allocations are optimized, and contractual obligations are met.
61 Monitoring carrier performance, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing corrective actions to enhance service levels.
61 Analyze trends, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to senior management, ensuring that logistics operations align with business objectives.
61 Proactively address deviations, resolve disputes, and work closely with procurement and commercial teams to align execution with contractual terms.
61 Liaise as the primary point of contact between Asia and Latam operations, coordinating with shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
61 Find the missing issue through the daily report timely and notify the site to complete it in time.
61 Assist with allocation Control & Management.
61 Assist with Operation Service Level Control.
61 Responsible for the Business Control & Operational Support.
61 Other tasks assigned by the Company or supervisor.

Requirements:
61 Associate and above degree.
61 At least 5 years of experience in International Trade or Freight Forwarding.
61 Fluent English skills spoken and written，Spanish or Portuguese skills are very valued.
61 Careful, detail-oriented and responsible.
61 Strong initiative, communication and negotiation skills.
61 Willing to work under pressure, take challenge and grow with TIBA.
61 Leadership skills are crucial, as you will influence cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
