Conduct and design engineering DOEs to evaluate the design & mfg. risks from the perspective of high volume manufacturing's perspective
Drive mfg. readiness for new projects and discover possibilities and approaches to enhance manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
Analyze the engineering, manufacturing and DOEs data, and conduct the conclusion


What we need to see:
Bachelor or master’s in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in board HW design and familiar with manufacturing.
Good data analysis knowledge and skills.
Strong problem-solving and debugging expertise.
Solid teamwork and proficiency in English.
Good software knowledge is a plus (Python, PHP, Shell, Perl, etc.)
