Job title:Sales Engineer销售工程师
Department: Equipment Sales-Desiccant Dryer 整机销售(吸附式干燥机)
Report to:Regional Sales Manager 区域销售经理
Mission
Your mission is to develop and implement regional sales & marketing strategy and initiatives and achieve sales target in responsible territory and maximize company's profits.

Job description
-Be responsible for compressed air dryers and other related air treatment equipment sales, provide product sales support to customers/distributors in assigned region;
负责地区压缩空气干燥机及其它后处理设备的销售工作,为客户提供产品销售服务;
-Key account customers sales follow up and customer satisfaction management in region ;
区域重点客户销售跟踪和客户满意度管理;
- Dive into industry to understand application by focused industries and key account
深入区域重点关注的行业和重点客户,并理解行业应用
-Pro-actively lead and participate in large projects, conduct timely tracking and coordination to ensure the success of projects.
积极深入主导并参与大项目,进行及时的跟踪与协调以确保项目的成功;
-Regional projects related tier1&2 distributors development, improving loyalty by projects cooperation.
负责区域项目相关的tier1&2代理商的开发,并通过项目合作提升渠道的忠诚度。
-To define products sales plan and achieve sales target in the assigned area;
销售区域内产品推广计划的制定及完成;
-To provide timely and accurate sales report to reporting manager, including market information, sales analysis and feedback etc.;
及时、准确地提供销售报告,包括区域市场情况,销售分析及反馈等;
-To follow the group rules, processes and procedures as presented in “The Way” as well as other regulations in company to ensure that the policies are followed by the employees in your area of responsibility.
基于“The Way”的说明,遵守集团的规章制度、流程和程序,以及公司的其他规章制度,并确保所负责区域的员工遵守这些政策。
-Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivable and overdue.
与财务部门合作,不断改善应收账款和逾期账款的绩效。
-To keep relationship with order processing and logistic team to ensure machine’s delivery orderly.
与订单处理团队和物流团队保持良好协作,确保机器的有序交付。
-To coordinate with service team to provide efficient after sales service to achieve customer satisfaction.
与售后服务团队合作,提供更加高效的服务,提高客户满意度。
-Follow the SHEQ Policy of company and customer site.
遵守公司和相关方的安全质量要求。
-Other tasks assigned by manager.
完成经理安排的其它工作事项。
Experience requirements
-More than 3 years’ experience in machinery sales;
3 年左右机械相关销售经验,有空压机或干燥机销售经验者优先;
-Air compressor or air dryer’s sales experience would be a plus.
压缩空气干燥设备相关领域优先。
Knowledge/Educational requirements
-College or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent
大专或以上学历,机械工程或相关专业
-Excellent communication skills and customer oriented
良好的沟通技能,以客户为导向
-Good computer skill
良好的电脑操作技能
-Willing to travel
愿意出差
