质量运营经理
主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
全面负责和主持量产质量管理工作Overall responsibility for the management of serial life quality

主要任务The main missions of the role are:
一、质量策略与规划Quality Strategy and Planning
1. 制定量产项目质量工作的整体策略和规划，确保与公司目标一致。Formulate the overall strategy and planning of the quality work of serial life program to ensure consistency with the company's goals.
2. 设定质量目标和指标（包含但不限于客户质量指标、现场质量指标、售后质量指标等），并推动实施。Set quality goals and indicators（including：customer quality indicators、shop floor quality indicators、after-sales quality indicators and so on） and promote implementation.

二、质量管理体系Quality Management System
1. 建立健全产量项目质量管理体系，确保其有效运行。Establish and improve the quality management system for serial life program to ensure its effective operation.
2. 监督体系执行情况，持续优化改进。Supervise the implementation of the system and continuously optimize and improve.

三、质量监控与评估Quality Monitoring and Evaluation
1. 组织对产量项目质量的定期监控和评估，分析质量状况。Organize regular monitoring and evaluation of the quality of serial life program and analyze the quality situation.
2. 提出针对性的质量改进措施和建议。Propose targeted quality improvement measures and suggestions.

四、团队管理与培训Team Management and Training
1. 领导和管理量产项目质量团队，提升团队绩效。Lead and manage the serial life program quality team and improve team performance.
2. 组织内部培训和技术交流，提高团队能力。Organize internal training and technical exchanges to improve the team's ability.

五、跨部门协作Cross-functional Collaboration
1. 与生产、采购、销售等部门密切合作，协调解决相关质量问题。Cooperate closely with departments such as production, procurement, and sales to coordinate and solve related quality problems.
2. 确保信息及时准确传递。Ensure timely and accurate information transfer.

六、供应商质量管理Supplier Quality Management
1. 对供应商的量产项目质量进行管理和监督。Manage and supervise the quality of serial life program of suppliers.
2. 推动供应商进行质量改进。Promote suppliers to make quality improvements.

七、客户反馈处理Customer Feedback Handling
1. 及时处理客户关于量产项目质量的反馈和投诉。Handle customer feedback and complaints about the quality of serial life program timely
2. 确保客户满意度。Ensure customer satisfaction.

八、质量成本控制Quality Cost Control
1. 分析质量成本，采取措施降低质量成本。Analyze the quality cost and take measures to reduce the quality cost.
