For a multinational Sino-European start-up and SME providing unique logistics and compliance solutions for cross-border e-commerce since 2014 and already a leader in some segments of its industry, with a major grasp of the volumes from China, especially at destination of greater Europe. The Company is both a digital and physical operator, combining talents from different industries (Logistics, IT, parcel delivery, customs, transport). Since after-Covid, the Company has been expanding very quickly its global footprint, revolutionizing international trade and improving its sustainability. The company is recruiting a Finance Officer able to further develop and management the whole back-office of the Group, in China and Europe. Main missions : - Finance & Management Control/Accounting of the Group subsidiaries (around 10 companies mainly located in Europe) : Financial analysis for cash flow, profitability, cost control - Group consolidation of the financial statements - Product owner for ERP developments - Participation to M&A and new project financing - Group compliance and admin management (HR/safety/insurance/taxes) The position may require business trips to the subsidiaries’ locations. The position may evolve to a managerial position. Reporting to the Group CEO Office location: Beijing, Shenzhen. Requirements - Undergraduate diploma or above in Accounting and/or Finance, - Above 3 years working experience in accounting and relevant fields, - Experience in Logistics industry is an advantage, - International work experience, - Excellent command of Chinese and English, French or additional language is a plus, - Outstanding communication/coordination skills and team spirit, - Proficient in related IT tools, data mindset, - Highly reliable, deep personal involvement, sense of responsibility, - Rigorous and well organized, strong analytical capabilities, - High efficiency, can work under time pressure to meet deadlines.
