任职能力要求( Competency requirements)：
1) 经验：饮品/发热/地板护理类产品 三年以上研发经验(如咖啡机，烤盘，吸尘器。)。
Experience: Beverage/heating/floor care products have developed experience for more than 3 years.
(such as coffee maker, eBBQ, vacuum cleaner).

2) 性格：开朗，活泼，喜爱运动。
Personality: Outgoing, lively, like sports.
3) 英语：邮件沟通及文件制作。
English level: Communication and document making.
4) 其它：较强的抗压能力，服务意识及团队意识，保密意识。
Other: Strong ability to work under pressure, sense of service and team, sense of confidentiality.

工作内容描述(Job description)：
1） 负责项目从报价到生产，旧项目优化，对项目交期，品质，成本负责。
Responsible for product from quotation to production, products optimization, project delivery, quality and cost.
2） 安规熟练 ，如 CE/UL… 当地法规。
Proficiency safety standard, laws and regulations (such as UL .CE…),
3） 熟练 Creo, 2D 及公差分析。
Proficiency Creo , Tolerance analysis.
4） 塑胶，五金，粉未治金材料特性熟练 及模具，表面处理工艺熟练，
Proficiency specialty material, as like Plastic, metal, powder metallurgy, tooling and surface treatment,.
5） 熟练包装设计，彩盒与说明书，包装成本。
Good for packaging design, Writing skill of gift box and IM artwork, packaging cost.
6） 产品文件建立，如产品规格书，零件规格书，DFMEA，设计评审，设计总结。
Document making , Such as product specification sheet , part specification sheet ,DFMEA .
7） 具备较强的创新能力，专利检索与申请 。
Strong innovation ability , patent searching and applying.
