Position：QA manager
Product background：Strong knowledge in FDA requirements, classification and Medical Device Reporting of medical devices is preferred/ food contact material, tableware, kitchenware, general hard goods.

Job Descriptions
Align quality requirements of the category (down to item level) across different stakeholders (Merchandisers / 3rd party laboratory / Customer Quality department / suppliers)
Provide QA advice on complex product items to factories before and during the manufacturing process
Conduct factory audits to ensure that factories meet international/customers’ compliance standards
Check samples against product specifications as sample inspections to ensure that they meet customers’ quality standards
Establish and execute supplier quality and performance strategy and system
Provide QA advice on complex product items to factories before and during the manufacturing process
Identify product quality risk and develop solution plans
Set up guidelines for selection of vendors and identify reliable vendors with the establishment of factory assessment and quality audit template; coordinate with compliance team or 3rd party for factory audit; establish quality KPI and vendor scoring system
Manage the quality standards with regular updates on new regulations, elaborate country regulations, safety requirements and norm, analyze quality failure and implement assessment corrective and preventive action
Align quality standard, factory audit and testing requirements with team in other offshore offices
Conduct factory audits to ensure that factories meet international/customers’ compliance standards
Create and maintain SOP and client quality process
Perform other duties as assigned by management69

Requirements
Degree in related discipline preferred
Strong knowledge in FDA requirements, classification and Medical Device Reporting of medical devices is preferred
Understanding of product knowledge of food contact material, tableware, kitchenware, general hard goods.
Strong knowledge of ISO9000/ISO14000/MIL-STD-105E is a must
Technical knowledge in European markets in term of testing standards and European directives.
Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive and detail minded
Ability to build strong relationships with the team as a good team leader, communication effectively with internal and external parties
Well organized individual, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, handle multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Literate in Microsoft office programs
Frequent travel is required
