Job Responsibility: 61 Support Key account manager to follow up the inquiry from key customer and response the rate to customer timely and accurately. 61 Liaise with service supplier and partner to offer the competitive solution and negotiate with supplier about the cost providing. 61 Contact vendor to place the booking, manage the booking and liaise with CS team to follow up the booking timely and accurately. 61 Ensure accurate transfer of data from booking party to CS team, manage the selling and cost consistence,optimize the cost to enhance the profit margin. 61 Assist with customer service is provided to customer as required. 61 Liaise with internal procurement department to collect market accurate and reliable cost and information, and perform analysis of data and make summary of the collected information. 61 Reconcile with document team to ensure the debit note issued and cost booked correctly and timely. 61 Support the RFQ analysis and assist to collect the cost. 61 Support the proposal making of product & service and data analysis. 61 Support Key account manager to expand existing business and develop potential customers. 61 Special projects as assigned. Requirements: 61 College degree, preferably in Logistics or international trade, business English or other related majors is preferred 61 2 to 3 years of practical experience in logistics field. 61 Excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. 61 Good English listening, speaking, reading & writing skills, able to communicate with overseas agents and customers. 61 Strong learning ability, willing to develop together with our company, able to work under pressure.
