Follow up tooling payment, D&D payment, samples payment after project awarded, and achieve the invoice and payment target time according to project timing schedule and contract 跟进工装付款、D&D付款、项目中标后的样品付款,并根据项目时间表和合同实现发票和付款目标时间 ● 4. Follow up and responsible for overdue and open billing issues, manage each payment on time and total overdue and open billing result within the budget or below the bottom line 跟进并负责逾期和未结账单问题,按时管理每笔付款,并在预算范围内或低于底线的总逾期和未开账单结果 ● 5. Follow up all the claim issues and reach agreements with customer for solution and payment after align with local and global management 跟进所有索赔问题,并在与当地和全球管理层协调后与客户就解决方案和付款达成协议 ● 6. Achieve annual order intake target for the assigned accounts which defined by head of China sales and global account director 实现中国销售主管和全球客户总监定义的指定客户的年度订单量目标 ● 7. Cooperate with project and R&D team for customer communication, issue clarification and meeting coordination as a team 与项目和研发团队合作,进行客户沟通、问题澄清和团队会议协调 ● 8. Join all KPI review meeting and other meetings assigned and arranged by his or her line manager 参加所有KPI审查会议以及其直线经理分配和安排的其他会议 ● 9. Support sales administration and line manager for reporting activities 协助销售行政和直线经理进行报告活动 ● 10. Other tasks assigned by his or her line manager in the working time 直线经理在工作时间分配的其他任务
Qualifications/任职要求:
● 1. Bachelor degree, knowledge on car products is a plus 本科学历,有汽车产品知识者优先 ● 2. Minimum 3 year China auto industry working experience 至少3年中国汽车行业工作经验 ● 3. Good oral and written English communication ability 良好的英语口语和书面交流能力
