We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support across our organization.
What You'll Do...
61 Provide 1st level day-to-day IT support to internal users in both software and hardware problems.
61 Responsible to monitor web base ticketing system.
61 Work on User account creation and User management.
61 Provide basic support for Windows Client and Windows Server.
61 Work with the team to respond to requests & incidents via tickets, email and chat with user.
61 Responsible to support the IT activities for the offices mainly within China, Hong Kong and TW.
61 Any Task assigned by IT Manager.
What You'll Need...
· Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent.
· 2-year experience in IT supporting role.
· Familiar in Windows environment, with experience in Window Server is an advantage.
· MCSE / MCSA / MCSD / MCP or similar certification is an advantage.
· Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, offices related applications.
· Hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware and PC issues.
· Good analytical, troubleshooting skills and working attitude.
· Able to Setup/maintain server independently will be a plus.
· Experience working and communicating with international team members will be a plus.
· Good in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
· Willing to travel is an advantage.
· Fresh graduates will also be considered.
