Job Summary: The Cargo Sales Manager is responsible for driving air cargo sales performance within the assigned region. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with shippers, agents, and industry partners. What You'll Do: 1. Boost Sales: Hit sales goals by managing key accounts and finding new customers. 2. Build Relationships: Keep customers happy and grow partnerships with agents and shippers. 3. Find New Business: Use your network and market knowledge to find new sales opportunities. 4. Analyze & Report: Track sales data, create reports, and find ways to improve performance. 5. Teamwork: Collaborate with other teams to provide excellent customer solutions. What You Need: 1. 5+ years of sales management experience in air cargo. 2. Proven success in growing air cargo sales. 3. Strong understanding of air cargo sales and marketing. 4. Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. 5.
