岗位职责：
1.负责为两家公司开具货物发票。
2.负责两家公司的纳税申报工作，并协调最新税收政策对公司业务的影响。
3.负责进出口贸易结算、退税等相关工作完成进出口外汇、国际结算、出口退税申报、进出口结算等事项。
4.电子商务部分销售收入的核算及电子商务公司总账的处理。
5.协助财务主管处理日常税务事宜，如税务规划、税务激励申请、外部检查工作等，为公司业务发展所需处理的事项。
6.日常与税务机关及其他部门保持良好的沟通。
任职要求：
所需经历/教育背景:
1.大专以上学历，财务相关专业，中级会计职称.税务会计师优先。
2.具有3年以上进出口业务财务工作经验，有外贸企业进出口或生产企业进出口财务工作经验者优先。
3.熟悉内贸、外贸流程、税务等工作，了解出口退税等国家相关政策、财政法规、会计法规。
所需语言(英文两部分):
能阅读和理解英语会计，口语流利，英语四级以上
所需技能:
1.熟悉国内会计准则/税务法规和政策，随时更新税务知识，保持职业敏感性
2.财务理论知识扎实，沟通能力强，执行能力强。
3.具有团队合作精神和较强的沟通能力。

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Responsible for invoicing things for both companies.
2.Responsible for the tax declaration of two companies and the synchronization of the latest tax policies to the company’s business.
3.Responsible for import and export trade settlement, tax refund and other related work, complete import and export foreign exchange, international settlement, export tax refund declaration, import and export settlement and other matters.
4.Accounting for some e-com sales revenue and General Ledger processing for the E-com company.
5.Assist the Finance Leader with day-to-day tax matters such as tax planning, tax incentive applications, external inspection work, etc. Things that need to be dealt with for the development of the company’s business.
6.Maintain good communication with tax authorities and other departments on a daily basis.
Experiences & skills
REQUIRED EXPERIENCES / EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:02
1.College degree or above, Finance related majors, intermediate accounting title. Tax Accountant is preferred.
2.More than 3 years of financial work experience in import and export business, with foreign trad enterprises import and export or production-oriented enterprises import and export financial work experience.
3.Familiar with internal and external trade processes, taxation and other work, understanding of export tax rebates and other related national policies, fiscal regulations, accounting regulations.
REQUIRED LANGUAGES (BESIDES ENGLISH):
Can read and understand English Accounts, CET-4 and above..
REQUIRED SKILLS:
1.Familiar with domestic accounting standards/tax regulations and policies, update tax knowledge at any time and maintain professional sensitivity.
2.Solid knowledge of financial theory, strong communication skills, strong implementation ability.
3.Teamwork spirit and strong communication skills.
