Ryder EMS: Sales Manager

The Position
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new prospects, developing sales strategies, and engaging with potential customers at various levels to discover growth opportunities. This full-time position is based in Shenzhen with Ryder, and you will have the support of Customer Focus Team committed to delivering the highest standards. A key requirement for this role is the ability to work independently and the determination to build strong business relationships.


The Candidate

1. University level with marketing or electronics background is highly preferred;
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in EMS and electronics industries
3. Proven skills in new business development within EMS environment
4. Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses
5. Developing new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
6. Track records in handling major US and in European customers, prefer in healthcare products，system on module, professional audio or specialty IOT products
7. Collaborating with cross departments to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
8. International business travel may require
9. Proficiency in English and Mandarin
