Key Responsibilities: 61 Monitor and evaluate sales KPIs to ensure alignment with company goals and identify improvement opportunities. 61 Analyse pipelines, conversion rates, and business performance. 61 Micro-manage the daily sales activities of the Sales Executive in accordance with the system of the Company. 61 Continual business development with the overseas agents of the Company. 61 Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions. 61 Propose and implement process improvements to enhance team performance and support best practices.
Qualifications: 61 Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 61 2–4 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain management. 61 Experience in sales support, data analysis, or performance reporting is a plus. 61 Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel or similar). 61 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to diverse audiences. 61 Knowledge of freight forwarding processes, particularly LCL operations, is highly desirable. 61 Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 61 Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; additional Cantonese languages is a plus.
