1. 客户需求文档分析评审，测试计划，策略制定
2. 固件测试基础设施搭建（设置/设备/环境）
3. 固件基础功能测试用例定义，报告，参与评审
4. 固件测试执行和报告
5. 测试用例执行和报告 缺陷列表跟踪、可追溯性和报告
6. 调试固件验证和反馈, 必要时跨功能测试支持
7. 与客户沟通报告产品，测试，问题等相关内容
8. 编写程序进行固件自动化测试

技术要求：
1. 软件工程/电子/信息/计算机相关专业
2. 拥有定义测试计划和测试架构能力
3. 可阅读，分析，评审产品需求
4. 编写和审查固件产品测试用例
5. 设置测试环境并执行测试任务
6. 问题重现、分析和问题修复验证。
7. 撰写系统测试报告，并输出高质量测试结果
8. 能与客户深入沟通交流关于产品，技术，问题等相关话题内容

经验要求：
1. 8 年以上软件测试经验，版本发布控制相关经验
2. 嵌入式系统工作背景或者电子消费品相关技术经验
3. 熟悉软件测试相关工作流程和常用测试技术
4. 具备问题分析，缺陷跟踪定位能力
5. 熟悉Python，或C++， 有经验的开发人员优先
6. 英语口语，交流流利者为佳

What a typical day looks like:
1. Software Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Computer related major
2. Test plan & Test architecture define capacity.
3. Available to read, analyze, review product requirement.
4. Write and review firmware product test cases.
5. Setup test environment and execute test task.
6. Issue reproducing, analysis and issue fix verification.
7. Write system Test report and output high quality result
8. Communication with customer regarding product & technical & issue related content

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
1. 8+ years test engineer work experience and experience with SW release control
2. Embedded system work ground or consumer electronics related acknowledge
3. Familiar with testing related processes and common testing techniques
4. Capacity of debugging, problem analyze, issue tracking and location
5. Familiar with Python, Experienced developers are desirable
6. Oral or Fluent English is desirable
