Roles: - To drive & manage & grow the assigned Accounts profitably for key customers. - To make Molex as customer’s preferred & strategy supplier. Responsibilities: 1. Key Functions include. a. Technical Sales for new opportunity design-in/ drive win to build strong pipeline, dive business growth to meet the target. b. Customer focus and strategic thinking to set up each customer’s growth plan. c. Deep dive the application, keep monitoring the application trend. d. Enhance customer relationship and top management engagement. e. To collaborate with OEM team and cross business partner team to identity new potential customers with new opportunities. f. To collaborate and align with BDM/PM teams for new product roadmap & solution developed. g. To identify NEV automotive market trend and new application requirement, back to internal for business justification. 2. Quick response; Cross BU cooperation and aggressive collaboration. 3. Data integration and keep data integrity. 4. Excellent data analysis skills.

Education: - College degree or above (Be capable both in written and spoken English) Experience: - With 3 ~ 4 years working experience as Sales support / FAE or Engineering in electronic industry. - Automotive Market is must. EV background is preferable.
