1. GENERAL SUMMARY: Drive FlukeNetworks business in Southern Regions. Balance the long-term strategy with immediate opportunities in keen-competition markets like Cupper& Fiber Manufacturing and IT integrator segments. 2. PRIMARY FUNCTION/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Beat and exceed sales objectives by coordinating with regional sales team. Formulate, develop and execute short and medium-term sales and marketing plans in order to achieve strategic goals. Work with regional sales team to develop and execute regional market-making plans. 3. JOB COMPLEXITY: Work independently. Operate in work situations of complexity. Need both strategic and tactical thinking. 4. SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS REQUIRED: Good knowledge of industry, products, and applications. Ability to work with channel and be able to demonstrate leadership. Must be highly self62motivated and possess good sales skills. 5. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: EE in Bachelor's Degree or comparable technical degree with at least 3 years’ sales/engineering experience in Cupper& Fiber Manufacturing or IT integrator segments Aggressive, result-oriented, creative, good team player Successful track record on sales and sales management.
