Utilize various channels such as phone calls, site visits, and industry exhibitions to actively expand new sales channels and opportunities. Achieve the set number of new customer development targets. 2. **Sales Target Achievement**: Develop an individual sales plan and break down the company’s sales targets into monthly and quarterly goals. Ensure timely completion of sales revenue and profit targets. Regularly analyze sales data and adjust sales strategies to adapt to market changes. 3. **Product Promotion**: Deeply understand the product characteristics, advantages, and applicable scenarios. Tailor personalized product promotion plans for restaurant and hotel clients, accurately introduce product value, and enhance the market share of products in the restaurant and hotel channel. 4. **Customer Maintenance**: Establish comprehensive customer files, regularly follow up with existing customers to understand their product usage and new needs. Provide high-quality after-sales service, resolve customer complaints and issues, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty to promote continuous cooperation and repeat purchases. 5. **Customer Communication**: Maintain close communication with customers, promptly convey updates on company products, promotions, and other information. Actively collect feedback from customers on products and services, and provide it to relevant departments within the company to improve product optimization and service quality. 6. **Market Research**: Closely monitor industry trends, market dynamics, competitor products, and pricing strategies in the restaurant and hotel sector. Regularly write market research reports to support company product development, pricing, and marketing decisions. 7. **Demand Analysis**: Analyze changes in restaurant and hotel client needs based on market research and customer feedback, assist in formulating product and marketing strategies that meet market demands. 8. **Sales Data Management**: Accurately record sales process data including customer information, sales orders, and sales recovery. Submit sales reports on time to provide accurate data support for company sales analysis and decision-making. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, International Trade, Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related fields. Proficiency in English at CET-6 level or above is preferred. 2. 1-3 years of sales experience in the restaurant and hotel industry or related consumer goods industries, with a good understanding of the procurement processes and decision-making mechanisms in the restaurant and hotel sector. 3. Successful case studies in developing and maintaining restaurant and hotel client resources are preferred. 4. Proficient in marketing knowledge and sales skills, with strong market analysis and sales planning capabilities. 5. Possessing certain negotiation skills, able to effectively communicate with customers and reach mutual agreements. 6. Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, and team spirit; capable of handling work pressure and adapting to travel requirements.
