1 Responsible for the daily track & Trace of shipments including, but not limited to, milestone events monitoring and overall SLA monitoring 2 Handle requests from clients on daily shipping operation 3 Handle daily customer service tickets raised by clients through website portal 4 Coordinate with headquarters in Australia on other operation issues and exceptional situations.
Qualifications and experience
1 Bachelors Degree or above 2 eCommerce Logistics industry background, cross-border e-commerce experience an advantage 3 English language proficiency (spoken and written) 4 Excellent skills in EXCEL 5 Passionate, hard working with a high sense of responsibility and ability to work with minimal day-to-day supervision 6 Experience working for a Chinese or foreign company with exposure to working with foreign headquarters an advantage 工作职责: 1.日常货物动态追踪包括但不限于关键物流节点监控以及总体时效监控; 2.处理客户的日常运营问题; 3. 跟进并处理客户在门户网站里提出的其他客服相关问题; 4. 协同海外总部处理其他相关运营问题和异常状况
