Overview:
Responsible to create SAP delivery and arrange transportation for STO’s and Sales orders and meet delivery requirement of the customers (internal and external), Responsible to optimize the transportation arrangement to meet service level while lower the cost.

Responsibilities:
1.Create delivery and shipment (GI) based on Shipping report (VL10)
2.Meet misc. delivery requirements of the internal customer, including CSR, planner, finance etc.
3.Communicate with customers and carriers, monitor transportation processs to ensure on-time delivery to customer
4.Check and ensure data accuracy in SAP (shipping related), such as Bond/Non-bond, Sales org. and Customer info. etc.
5.Support Material Associates (WHS supervisor, Shipper, Receivers and Material Handlers) in their roles as time permits.

Requirements:
1. College degree
2. 1~5 years working experience in Warehouse or Logistics
3. Good command of English
4. Proficiency in SAP or ability to learn
