Responsibilities: 1. Follow up with company clients. 2. Responsible for reconciling accounts and collecting payments from sales clients, self-managed corporate clients, and cooperative agents. 3. Review contracts and legal matters, and handle complaints. 4. Assist the sales team with daily operations and organize business resources from external distribution channels. 5. Manage internal pricing. 6. Responsible for producing various statistical reports and completing tasks assigned by branch management.
Requirements: 1. College degree or above, familiar with logistics sales processes. At least 1 year of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales; experience in foreign companies is preferred. 2. Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail. 3. Good communication skills, proactive attitude, team spirit, and the ability to independently handle crisis situations. 4. CET-4 or above preferred; proficient in English with fluent speaking skills for barrier-free communication.
