Manage the Work Environment of the Reception Area: o Ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and maintenance of a good working environment in the reception area. o Regularly inspect reception facilities to ensure their integrity and compliance with company requirements. 2. Visitor Management: o Responsible for receiving visitors, including registering visitor information. o Provide necessary guidance and assistance to visitors. 3. Reception Phone Answering: o Answer incoming calls at the reception promptly and address related inquiries. o Transfer calls or take messages as necessary to ensure accurate communication. 4. Concierge Services and Onsite Support: o Handle daily tasks in the reception area and provide necessary concierge services. o Provide relevant information and answer questions for visitors during exhibition hall events. o Conduct exhibition hall explanations. 5. Customer Satisfaction and Feedback: o Regularly participate in customer satisfaction surveys to ensure high standards of service quality. o Collect and analyze customer feedback for service improvement. 6. Emergency Response: o Respond quickly and appropriately to unexpected situations in the reception area. o Report and assist in resolving abnormalities promptly. 7. Perform Other Tasks: o Actively perform other related work and tasks assigned by superiors. Requirements: 1. College degree or above, with a preference for majors in air hostess, hotel management, or related fields, and experience in high-end business reception services. 2. Professional image and pleasant demeanor. 3. At least 1 year of experience in reception or customer service. 4. Possess business service skills and be familiar with business reception etiquette. 5. Have good communication skills and a strong sense of customer service, able to flexibly handle various situations. 6. Strong teamwork spirit, passion for the service industry, and excellent professional qualities. 7. Have a pragmatic and serious work attitude, able to withstand considerable work pressure. 8. Experience in corporate or government product exhibition hall explanations is preferred. 9. Have a Mandarin proficiency level of at least Grade 2 Level A, with fluent and clear language expression. Fluent English speaking skills, and prior experience in receiving foreign guests or studying abroad is preferred.
