Duties: 61 As Oversee and manage digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are implemented and delivered on time to support digital transformation roadmap. 61 Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and successful project implementation. 61 Implementing digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and drive innovation based on CLP China's digital project process. 61 Managing project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. 61 Ensure the efficient, stable, and reliable operation of digital systems and services, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and fulfilling the SLA. 61 Ensure all mobility solutions comply with relevant regulations and security standards to guarantee system reliability and employee experiences. 61 Leveraging industry best practices to continuously optimize digital transformation efforts and improve project outcomes. 61 Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress. Qualifications: 61 A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Power System Automation, Power Electronics, or equivalent. A master’s degree is preferred. 61 At least 8 years of relevant experience in project management of digital transformation roles, especially in a large organization. 61 Fluent in verbal Mandarin, with excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Knowledge of other languages (e.g., Cantonese) is preferred. 61 Able to periodically travel to Hong Kong or Mainland China for meetings or workshops. 61 Skilled in project management, change management, relationship management, and vendor management.
