一:岗位职责: 1、市场开发:负责海外市场销售及相关工作,开发经销商渠道,制定区域市场进入及营销策略 Market development:Responsible for overseas market sales and related work, develop distributor, formulate regional market entry and marketing strategies 2、 订单拓展: 负责完成区域销售目标,及回款保障 Order development:Responsible for achieving regional sales target and guarantee payment collection 3、 市场分析:负责收集区域市场信息和竞争对手信息 Market analysis:Responsible for collecting regional market information and competitor information 4、策略制定:负责制定区域的产品营销策略,并组织新产品上市及相关工作 Strategy making:Responsible for formulating regional product marketing strategy, and organizing new product launch and related work 5、渠道规划:负责区域市场销售网络规划 Selling network planning:Responsible for regional selling network planning 6、客户服务:负责协调售后服务部门收集质量信息,处理售后问题,提升客户满意度 Customer service:Responsible for coordinating after-sales service department to collect quality information, deal with after-sales problems, and improve customer satisfaction 7、销售管理:负责经销商或代理商的日常管理工作,协调解决日常问题 Sales management :Responsible for the daily management of dealers or agents, coordinate and solve daily problems二:任职资格: 1、学历要求:本科及以上学历 Educational requirement: Bachelor degree or above 2、工作经验:从事汽车国际市场开发或国际汽车销售业务经验(3年以上) Work experience:Experience in international automotive market development or international automotive sale 3、知识要求:商务接待,汽车产品知识 Knowledge requirement:Business reception, automotive product knowledge 4、技能要求:办公软件操作,英语听、说、读、写熟练 Skill requirement:Office software operation, English listening, speaking, reading and writing proficiency 5、职称或从业资格要求:对市场信息有较高敏感度,具备较强的沟通协调能力、服务意识及抗压能力 Position title or qualification requirements:Have high sensitivity to market information, have strong communication and coordination skills, service awareness and ability to withstand pressure
