职位概述：
The incumbent is responsible for handling Operation team’s technical inquiry, preparing test plan and provide technical support to department. The incumbent acts as specialist to help dealing with the technical inquiry from operation team. And make operation and sales team’s communication with client more smoothly.

岗位职责：
1. Provide technical support to Operation team and sales colleague; (30%)
2. Handle Operation and Sales team’s inquiry; (25%)
3. Prepare test plan for Toys & Children Product and Hardgoods which client often inquired; (15%)
4. Collect all technical news which send from system and keep operation team are well known for these news; (10%)
5. Prepare test plan for Toys & Children Product and Hardgoods which client often inquired; (10%)
6. Working with South Region Specialist for R&D; (5%)
7. Performs ad-hoc assignment as required. (5%)

任职条件：
1. College or Bachelor Degree holder;
2. At least five years relative working experience in third-party for technical support;
3. Be familiar with related regulations/ directives/ standards/ methods (main for Toys and Children Product and food contact material);
4. Self-motivated and able to work independent;
5. Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese;
6. Full knowledge and applied experience of professional project management methodologies is s must;
7. Excellent client management and Good negotiation skills.
