Responsibilities: 61 In charge of business development in TP trade, drive PNW and IPI service promotion. 61 Coordinate sales activities with the appropriate overseas sales team maximizing information exchanges, best practice sharing, sourcing of additional leads and leveraging of cross trade business opportunities. 61 Market intelligence and benchmarking to improve service levels and contributions, Implementation of business plan / KPIs and achieve best results. Focus on TP trade. 61 Contribute in the improvement of sales productivity and in the optimization and maximization of the freight earnings and the volume. 61 Take ownership of all customer complaints relating to export customer services, investigate and resolve such complaints, and follow up with customer to ensure satisfaction with the outcome in cooperation with the Agency Sales Team Leader. 61 Carry out all necessary duties to ensure target results set by the management, enlarge customers base. 61 Provide input, as required, and as part of periodical reports or team alignment meetings for the sales strategy, reporting activities and performance of the sales organization. 61 Conduct relevant market intelligence and build up market knowledge to utilize in sales activities.
Qualification: 61 Minimum 5 years sales experience in shipping industry, 3 years sales experience or above on TP trade. 61 University graduate preferrable. 61 English proficiency of CET 4, Fluent Cantonese.
