Your Role: We are seeking a Product & Test Engineer Team Leader specializing in data-driven analysis for Power & Discrete devices, including Silicon Carbide Technology-based Power MOSFETs. You will also work with Si MOSFETs, IGBTs, and GaN HEMTs. Your responsibilities include: Leading data-centric decision-making to optimize test and yield performance. Applying predictive analytics and statistical modeling to enhance quality and reduce costs. Acting as a data analysis expert to define strategies for yield improvement. Ensuring high product quality through advanced data insights. Analyzing test solutions and implementing advanced screening methodologies. Conducting engineering DOE data evaluations to support yield improvement. Overseeing product characterization for power devices. Your Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, or related fields. 5+ years of experience in semiconductor data analysis, yield improvement, or product engineering, focusing on power devices in high-volume manufacturing. Strong background in data analytics, statistical modeling, and test/yield optimization. Experience with big data tools, statistical software (JMP, Minitab, Python, R), and machine learning applications. Excellent leadership skills and a track record of data-driven decision-making. Experience in test software development (C/C++) and semiconductor data infrastructure (SQL, databases, data visualization tools). Proficiency in automated test equipment (ATE) data analysis and familiarity with Power Device Analyzers (e.g., KEYSIGHT B1505A) is a plus. Why Join Us?
